Standard Shipping
Orders ship from the Ambajam studio within 3 business days of receipt of order. All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground and should arrive approximately 5-7 business days after the order is placed. Shipping charges are based on zip code and weight of shipment.
Express Shipping
If your order requires faster service, we are happy to offer FedEx 2-day shipping throughout the United States. Express shipping is not available to Alaska and Hawaii.
If you need more expedited shipping than what is offered please let us know and we will arrange overnight shipping.
International Shipping
Ambajam is happy to ship order internatioally via FedEx. Orders will usually be received within 10-12 days depending on location. Ambajam is not responsible for tariffs or duties.
Gift Wrap
Ambajam is happy to offer complimentary gift-wrapping. Please make sure to specify when ordering.
Promotional Pricing & Coupons
We are happy to offer our customers promotional pricing or discount coupon opportunities from time to time. Please note that only ONE coupon or promo can be redeemed per transaction and that discount coupons are not redeemable against promotional pricing.

Returns/Exchanges
We want you to enjoy and have fun with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to refund your money, exchange your item, or give you a store credit. If items were damaged in shipping please notify us immediately. Items that have been worn or damaged due to improper handling will not be accepted. If you purchased your Ambajam product from a retail store or other website, please contact the company you purchased from directly to process a return or exchange. Please note that shipping on returned items is not refundable and the customer is responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges related to returns and exchanges.

Stock Availability
While Ambajam does its utmost to guarantee the availability of all items, some items may sell faster than we anticipate. Should an item be out of stock, we will provide our best estimate on when the item will be back in stock. We will also be happy to suggest alternate items.
